2021 dog licenses are now available.

Stop at the office during business hours – Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Cash, check and credit/debit accepted.

• All dogs three months of age and older are required to be licensed.
• The fee for an annual dog license is $6.50 if the animal is spayed or neutered, $8.50 if not spayed or neutered. A $2.00 discount is available for qualifying older adults and persons with disabilities.
• Lifetime licenses are available from the county treasurer’s office for dogs with permanent identification, such as microchips or tattoos.
• If you are a resident of the City of Erie, you must purchase a dog license from a city-approved retailer (listed below).
