The Fairview Evergreen Nursery Compost Site on Middle Road in Fairview is now open to residents of Girard Township and Fairview Township.
The site is open on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. from now until November, weather permitting.
Yard waste of grass clippings, leaves, brush and branches will be accepted. All waste must be dumped at the site, biodegradable bags are not accepted.
